Standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 3 to 7 business days. For furniture items requiring professional installation, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a specific date.

Do you provide professional assembly services?

Yes, we offer professional white-glove assembly services for most furniture pieces. This service includes delivery to your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it is in its original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-made items or assembled furniture may be subject to different return conditions.

Is there a warranty on Kave Home products?

We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products. This covers structural issues and hardware, though it does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
