At Kave Home Korea, we want you to love your space. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request, or contact our customer support team directly with your order number.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging; our logistics team will perform a brief inspection to confirm the product is eligible for return.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to schedule a convenient time to pick up the items from your residence.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
